  • Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
  • Semolina - 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the chicken liver, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the egg, semolina, flour, mix everything and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 2

From the prepared 'dough', fry pancakes for 2 minutes on each side; from 500 g of liver, you can get about 5 cakes, depending on the diameter of the frying pan.

Step 3

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, add the crushed garlic.

Step 4

Chop the cucumbers with a knife or blender.

Step 5

Assemble the cake – spread mayonnaise on the liver pancake, add the onion with garlic, and top with fresh cucumber.
