- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces

Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver, season with salt, and soak in milk for a few hours.
Step 2
Rinse the liver, pat dry, and coat each piece in flour, then dip in egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Fry the liver over low heat on both sides in vegetable oil, then cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
