- Pickled Apples - 2 pieces
- Apple juice with pulp - 17 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring 500 g of apple juice to a boil and cook until it thickens.
Step 2
To prepare the sauce, peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into pieces. The apple juice should almost evaporate to a syrup-like consistency.
Step 3
Sauté the apples in butter, then add sugar, vinegar, and the thickened apple juice. Simmer until the apples turn brown.
Step 4
Fry the liver in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add a piece of butter to the pan and start frying the liver.
Step 6
Place the liver on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
