- Apple Wine - 7 fl oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch

Rinse the liver, remove any veins, and dry it with a paper towel.

Chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until golden. Add the liver and fry. Pour in the wine and tomato juice. Leave on high heat until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
