Description
This pâté can also be made with beef liver, but it takes a bit longer. If you enjoy a spicier flavor, you can always add pepper and experiment with different seasonings. Garlic, like pepper, will add a piquant touch to the pâté. As for the number of eggs, you can also decrease or increase them to your taste. Choose medium-sized carrots and onions and puree them thoroughly if you prefer a smooth pâté, or you can leave them less processed for a rustic charm with vegetable pieces. Add salt and spices to taste, but be careful not to overdo it.
