  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Marinate the chicken liver for 20-30 minutes. For the marinade, mix the wine with the soy sauce.
