Description
If the onion, carrot, and mushrooms are chopped finely enough, you can skip blending them and simply add them to the ground chicken.
Ingredients
- Morels - 21.2 oz
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, remove the skin, and trim excess fat; cut it up, place it in a pot with cold water, and boil until fully cooked for 1–1.5 hours. Then add half of the dill to the broth, cover the pot, and wait for the chicken to cool.
Step 2
While the chicken is boiling, chop the onion, carrot, and mushrooms and sauté them in a small amount of oil. Let cool.
Step 3
Separate the chicken meat from the bones, place it in a blender, and blend until smooth, adding broth as needed. Then add fresh dill and the sautéed vegetables and blend again gently, ensuring that the carrot, onion, and mushrooms do not turn into a puree.
Step 4
Serve with hot toast.
