  • Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
  • Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 0.9 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
  • Milk - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the boiled chicken, onion, and mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil, then add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Melt the butter, then add the flour. Cook until golden, then gradually stir in the milk. Add the sour cream, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Once the sauce is boiling, stir in the grated cheese.

Step 3

Place the mixture of meat, onions, and mushrooms into molds, pour sauce over it, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
