- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 24.7 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 13 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauce: mix softened cream cheese (I used Philadelphia), garlic (pressed), mustard, sour cream, and a pinch of salt. Place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, season with salt. Whisk the eggs with garlic (pressed), pour over the chicken, and mix.
Step 3
Combine the flour with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and baking powder (1 heaping teaspoon).
Step 4
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat vegetable oil for frying (about 400–500 ml, depending on the size of the saucepan).
Step 5
Coat the chicken pieces in flour and drop them into the oil. Fry for 3–5 minutes until golden brown. Do not overcook! Place on paper towels to remove excess fat.
