Description

  • Garlic - 1 clove

  • Butter - 9.9 oz
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Cognac - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Place the pâté in the refrigerator until completely cooled. Serve on your favorite bread.

In a saucepan, heat 30 grams of butter and 30 grams of vegetable oil.
