- Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast across so that the pieces are not too large. Make a slit to create a pocket. Place the filling inside the pocket.
Step 2
Wrap the stuffed breast in bacon and place it in a preheated oven at 248°F for 30 minutes.
Step 3
For the filling, finely chop the fresh mushrooms and onion. Sauté in vegetable oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Arrange the breasts on a large plate decorated with salad leaves. Neatly place vegetables around the edges.
