- Onion - 0.4 oz
- Roots - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Cream - 1.8 oz
- Whole egg - ½ piece
- Water - 25 fl oz

Boil the chicken until cooked.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and roots in butter along with the flour until light yellow, dilute with broth and simmer for 15–20 minutes, then strain, add the chicken meat that has been passed twice through a fine grinder, mix well, and season with cream mixed with the yolk.
