Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3 pieces
- Bacon - 6 slices
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 6 pieces
- Blue Cheese - 3.2 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breasts and pound them well on both sides.
Step 2
Place 2 slices of bacon (or ham) on one chicken breast. Top with two slices of processed cheese.
Step 3
Cut the red and green peppers into thin strips.
Step 4
Then add the blue cheese. Finish with the strips of red and green pepper.
Step 5
Roll everything into a roll. Secure with toothpicks. Repeat the same with the remaining 2 breasts.
Step 6
Brush the rolls with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and place in a baking dish.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice the rolls into rounds.
