- Romaine lettuce - 8 stalks
- Rice Paper - 8 pieces
- Shallot - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts - 10.6 oz
- Fresh Mint - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breasts, clean them beforehand, cool, and shred the meat into strips.
Step 2
Cut the lettuce leaves, bell pepper, shallot, and carrot into strips.
Step 3
Soak the rice paper in water. When it becomes soft, place it on a towel or pat it dry with paper towels. Place the filling in the center: lettuce, chicken, pepper, onion, carrot, bean sprouts, and herbs. Bean sprouts can be replaced with other sprouts, for example. Take the edges of the paper and carefully roll it into a roll. Make 8 pieces.

Mix lime juice with honey, soy sauce, and pepper. Serve with the rolls.
