- Green Apples - ½ piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pound the chicken breast and grill it in a skillet with your favorite spices. I used paprika, herbs de Provence, and a little salt.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber, celery, and half an apple into sticks, cubes, or slices, whichever you prefer.
Step 3
Add lemon juice and ground black pepper to the vegetables, and mix.
Step 4
Slice the chicken breast, add it to the salad, and dress with yogurt. You can sprinkle finely chopped cilantro on top when serving.
