Ingredients
- Poultry - 17.6 oz
- Duck wings - 14.1 oz
- Celery salt - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Potato - 5.3 oz
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the chicken in 5 liters of water, bring to a boil, and drain the water, removing the foam with a paper towel.
Step 2
Add water, celery stalks, whole carrots, onion, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and let simmer covered on the lowest heat for 6 hours.
Step 3
Remove the celery and onion, take out the carrots and let them cool.
Step 4
Add diced potatoes, then diced carrots. Add dill and parsley. Increase the heat to medium.
Step 5
Cook the potatoes until tender, and the soup is ready!
