Ingredients
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Poultry - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, cover it with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, reduce the heat, and simmer for 1 hour, constantly removing the foam. Add the onion, whole peeled carrot, parsley, salt, and pepper. After 20 minutes, remove the chicken and strain the broth.
Step 2
Cook the rice until half done. Combine it with the chicken and sauté in vegetable oil over low heat, adding the peeled tomatoes, chopped onion, and chili pepper. Season with salt. At the very end, add chopped green onion. Pour the chicken mixture with the broth.
