Chicken Soup with Garlic
Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Rice - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a 3-liter pot of water, place one chicken back. When it boils, skim off the foam and add salt to taste.
Step 2
After skimming the foam, add diced potatoes and throw in the rice.
Step 3
In a heated skillet, pour in sunflower oil. Sauté the diced onion for 4 minutes, then add grated carrot and after another 3 minutes, add grated tomato and crush 3 cloves of garlic through a garlic press. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Once the potatoes and rice are cooked, add the sautéed mixture to the broth and turn off the heat after 10 minutes. Then add finely chopped herbs and cover with a lid. Serve after 15 minutes.
