Ingredients
- Poultry - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.4 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3.5 oz
- Rice - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken to make broth and strain it, then cut the chicken into pieces, place it in a pot, and pour hot strained broth over it.
Step 2
Add finely chopped and sautéed onion to the soup.
Step 3
Add peeled, washed, and coarsely chopped potatoes.
Step 4
Sort and wash the rice, then add it to the soup.
Step 5
Season with salt and cook until the rice is done.
Step 6
Serve the soup, garnished with parsley.
