  • Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Drumstick - 8.8 oz
  • Chicken Thighs - 8.8 oz
  • Napa Cabbage - 5.3 oz
  • Pitted olives - 2.5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Chicken Seasoning - a pinch
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the drumstick and thighs, pour in 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 40 minutes.

Remove the chicken and strain the broth.
