Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Drumstick - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Thighs - 8.8 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Pitted olives - 2.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Parsley - to taste
- Chicken Seasoning - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the drumstick and thighs, pour in 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the chicken and strain the broth.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks.
Step 5
Sort the mushrooms, wash them, and cut them into quarters.
Step 6
Chop the cabbage coarsely.
Step 7
Bring the broth to a boil, add the potatoes, and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Step 8
Add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 9
Add the Napa cabbage, chicken seasoning, salt, stir, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 10
Place a piece of chicken in each bowl, pour in the soup. Add olives and parsley.
