- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice berries - 5 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 12.3 oz
- Dill - 0.9 oz
- Parsley - 0.9 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 7.1 oz
- Pumpkin - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a heavy-bottomed pot, pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil. Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes, place it in the pot, put it on the heat, and fry until golden.

Wash the meat well, pat it dry, cut it into portion-sized pieces, and add it to the pot with the onion.

Sear the meat slightly on all sides.

Peel the potatoes, wash them well, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the pot with the meat.

Peel and wash the pumpkin, cut it into thin strips, and add it to the pot with the meat and potatoes.

Add the bay leaf and 5 allspice berries to the pot, and season with salt to taste.

Wash the dill and parsley, remove any excess, chop finely, and place in a bowl. Remove seeds from the sweet pepper, wash it, and cut it into thin strips. Peel and wash the garlic, cut it into strips or crush it through a press, and add it to the bowl with the chopped herbs and pepper.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the prepared herbs, pepper, and garlic to the pot. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
