  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 7.1 oz
  • Dark red seaweed - 1.4 oz
  • Bonito flakes - 1 tablespoon
  • Leek - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the dried seaweed into strips and soak in cold water. Bring to a boil. Add salt. Stir in the bonito flakes.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast and add it to the dashi broth. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Chop the spinach and leek, and add them to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes.
