- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Canned Corn - 3.5 oz
- White Cabbage - 1.8 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Parsley - to taste
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and boil them with garlic and onion in 1.5 liters of water until cooked. Remove the garlic and onion from the broth.
Step 2
Sauté grated carrots and chopped celery in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add shredded cabbage, corn, sautéed vegetables, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to the soup and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
