Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
  • Canned Corn - 3.5 oz
  • White Cabbage - 1.8 oz
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Celery stalk - 1 piece
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Bay leaf - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • 20% Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and boil them with garlic and onion in 1.5 liters of water until cooked. Remove the garlic and onion from the broth.

Step 2

Sauté grated carrots and chopped celery in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Step 3

Add shredded cabbage, corn, sautéed vegetables, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to the soup and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the finished soup into serving bowls, add a small amount of sour cream, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
