Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and soak it in a mixture of mayonnaise, salt, spices, and garlic for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then, fry the chicken breast over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Take a mold (in my case, it's a non-stick mold for 8 cupcakes), insert paper liners, and layer our ingredients: place the grated potatoes at the bottom, then add the chicken breast.
Step 5
Place the mold in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Step 6
During this time, grate the cheese and mix it with chopped green onions.
Step 7
After 15 minutes, remove the mold from the oven and add the cheese and onion mixture on top of each tartlet.
Step 8
Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
