Ingredients
- Green Apples - 3.5 oz
- Celery salt - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and celery, then cut them into strips or cubes. Wash the chicken fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into cubes. Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Place a skillet over high heat and melt the butter, then add the celery and apples. Cook in the skillet for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
Chop the pepper, salt, and chicken in a blender or finely chop them. Add the egg and blend again. Add the apples and celery, and if there's any remaining butter, add that too. Blend until you achieve a pâté-like consistency. Distribute the mixture into baking molds (if possible, create a water bath). Bake in the preheated oven at 320°F for 30 minutes.
