  • Honey - 2 spoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 spoons
  • Walnuts - 3 spoons
  • Olive Oil - 3 spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Separate the chicory heads into leaves. Arrange them on a plate, crumbling cheese (Roquefort or Gorgonzola) and nuts on top.
