Ingredients
- Poppy seed paste - 2.6 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla Pod - ¼ g
- Water - 4 cups
- Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds - 2.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zest of 2 limes and place it in a container (such as a pitcher).
Step 2
In a blender, combine the almonds, water, honey, and poppy seeds.
Step 3
Strain the resulting liquid through cheesecloth and pour it into the pitcher.
Step 4
Add the cinnamon stick and cover.
Step 5
Place the vessel in the refrigerator to infuse. It's best to infuse overnight, but 4–6 hours will also work.
Step 6
Before serving, strain again.
