  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, slice the ginger and garlic into thin pieces.

Step 3

In a pan, lightly sauté the garlic and ginger in oil, add the soy sauce, then add the broccoli, stirring quickly to fry. You can add a little pepper.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
