Ingredients
- Wonton Dough - 3.5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 1.8 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 0.3 oz
- Ginger - 0.2 oz
- Chicken Broth - 20 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 2 spoons
- Scallions - 0.1 oz
- Tkemali (plum sauce) - 1 tablespoon
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1.8 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 1.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the shrimp and pork into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and ginger. Mix everything together, seasoning with sugar, a teaspoon of sesame oil, plum sauce, and white pepper.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and shape it into wontons filled with the filling, similar to dumplings. Steam for about three minutes.
Step 3
Heat the chicken broth. Add a teaspoon of sesame oil, white pepper, mushrooms, spinach, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Pour the prepared soup over the wontons arranged in the bowls.
