Finely chop the onion, sauté it in butter, add cold water, and bring to a boil.

Add the sorted and rinsed rice, salt, and pepper to the liquid and cook the soup until the rice is ready.

After that, pour the beaten eggs into the soup and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Serve the chlbur, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
