  • Tarragon - 1.1 oz
  • Basil - 0.9 oz
  • Garlic - 0.2 oz
  • Sugar - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
  • Walnuts - 4 pieces
  • Water - 17 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the pits from the cherries.

Step 2

Place the cherries in a blender, add basil (15 g), tarragon, garlic, and chili pepper.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Dilute with cold drinking water to achieve the desired consistency.

Step 5

Season with salt and add sugar.

Step 6

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Before serving, stir the soup well.

Step 8

Dice the cucumbers into small cubes and chop the walnuts into coarse crumbs.

Step 9

Pour the soup into bowls and add cucumber.

Step 10

Sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with a basil sprig.
