  • Dill - 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1½ tablespoons
  • Cold-smoked trout - 7.1 oz
  • Celery stalk - 2 pieces
  • Turnips - 2 bunches

Step 1

Mix the mascarpone, finely chopped green onion, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the finely chopped fish and gently stir. Season with salt and pepper, and add more lemon juice to taste.

Step 2
