Ingredients
- Chum Salmon Caviar - 10.6 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Water - 0 fl oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix water, vinegar, bay leaf, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, then let it cool completely.
Step 4
Remove the skin and bones from the coho salmon, and cut the fillet into sticks measuring 5x1 cm.

Cut the carrot into thin strips or grate it on a Korean grater.

Chop the garlic.
Step 7
Place the fish, carrot, and garlic into the cooled marinade and let it sit for 6 hours.
