Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Stale Bread - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 1.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked. Then, cut the warm meat into small pieces.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt 30 g of butter and sauté the chopped onion. It's important not to burn the onion, as this will ruin the flavor of the dish.
Step 3
Add walnuts, minced garlic, and stale bread, after removing the crusts. Sauté, stirring, for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add milk and half a cup of chicken broth. Mix well, then add salt, pepper, cumin, and finally the chicken meat. Stir again and remove from heat.
Step 5
In a small skillet, melt 15 g of butter, add the mezze, and garnish with nuts.
