- Tarragon - 7.1 oz
- Water - 13 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare this drink, you will need a large bunch of tarragon, a lemon, a lime, and sugar.
Step 2
Wash the tarragon well and tear it into large pieces.
Step 3
Add half a glass of cold boiled water, the juice of the lemon and lime, and 1 tablespoon of sugar, and mash everything well with a muddler, or blend the herbs in a blender.
Step 4
Then strain the juice and squeeze the herbs well.
Step 5
Dilute the prepared juice with cold boiled water to the desired consistency (approximately juice to water ratio 1/4) and, if necessary, add sugar to taste. Serve the drink in a glass with ice cubes, a sprig of mint, and a teaspoon of honey.
