Description

Ingredients
- Mussels - 0 lbs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dry White Wine - 10 fl oz
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the mussels and remove the beards.

Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 3
Also, chop the celery.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Place the onion, garlic, and celery in the pot.
Step 6
Top with the mussels.
Step 7
Pour in a cup of water and a cup of white wine.
Step 8
Season with salt and cover with a lid.
Step 9
Bring to a boil and cook for another three minutes. After that, shake the contents of the pot to ensure all the mussels are heated through.
Step 10
Serve. It is advised not to eat mussels that did not open during cooking.
