Classic Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 15.9 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Canned Peaches - 1 piece
  • Cucumbers - 1 piece
  • Spiced Tomato Juice - 3 glasses
  • Cilantro - 1.2 oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - ¼ glasses
  • TABASCO® - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop half of the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion into small pieces and transfer them to a food processor. Add the red pepper and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Add tomato juice, chopped cilantro, vinegar, olive oil, and a few drops of Tabasco. Mix well.

Step 3

Remove the seeds from the remaining tomatoes and dice them into small cubes. Do the same with the cucumber and onion. Add everything to the soup. Season with salt and pepper, and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
