Description
Classic Mushroom Julienne is yet another result of the misunderstanding of French cuisine by Russian chefs. What we consider a dish is actually a term used by the French to describe a way of slicing vegetables. An American culinary expert mentions the mushroom dish 'Julienne' as follows: '...sometimes in low-quality restaurants, Julienne refers to... for example, mushrooms baked in sour cream...' But setting aside all these etymological inquiries, the hot appetizer made with mushrooms and cheese turns out to be quite delicious.
