- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Cook the meat broth. Cut the onion into strips and sauté in heated fat.
Step 2
Cut the meat into pieces weighing 25-30 grams, fry, mix with the sautéed onion, add diced carrot, tomato puree, and continue frying for 5-6 minutes. Transfer the prepared meat along with the vegetables to a pot, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Then add the potatoes cut into wedges, salt, pepper, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
