Ingredients
- 50% Fat 'Lambert' Cheese - 1.8 oz
- White bread - 4 pieces
- Cold-smoked trout - 1.8 oz
- Corn Salad - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.4 oz
- Chives - 0.2 oz
- Cucumbers - 0.4 oz
- Yogurt powder - 1.8 oz
- Anchovies - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the bread on the grill on both sides.
Step 2
Slice the tomato, cucumber, cheese, and trout into thin pieces.
Step 3
Mash the anchovies in a mortar with garlic, add yogurt and chives, and mix well.
Step 4
Spread yogurt sauce on one side of the toast.
Step 5
On the first toast, layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, and fish.
Step 6
Cover with a second slice of toasted bread, repeat the layers, and top with a third slice.
Step 7
Trim the crusts and serve.
