- Cocoa Powder - 1 oz
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Cardamom - to taste
- Fruit Marmalade - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the milk with the cream in a saucepan.
Step 2
Heat gently, without bringing it to a boil.
Step 3
Add the cocoa powder, stirring thoroughly until smooth. Strain if necessary.
Step 4
Add ground cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, or any additional favorite spices to the mixture.
Step 5
Add sugar if needed.
Step 6
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 7
Chop the orange or any other fruit or berry marmalade.
Step 8
Pour the prepared cocoa into a cup.
Step 9
Place the marmalade on a saucer.
Step 10
