  • Soy Sauce - ½ tablespoon
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Coconut Milk - 24 fl oz
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
  • Banana Leaves - 5 pieces
  • Papaya flesh - ½ cup
  • Lemongrass - 1 tablespoon
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
  • Snap Peas - 10 pieces
  • Scallions - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add the coconut flesh, sliced snap peas, red chili, and green onions.

Step 2

Serve warm, topped with green onions.

Step 3

In a blender, blend the coconut milk, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and lime leaves on high speed until smooth.

Step 4
