  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Scallions - to taste
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Tartlets - 8 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the green onion and grate the cucumber.

Step 2

Boil the eggs, peel them, and separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, diced egg white, and mayonnaise.

Step 4

Fill the tartlets with the resulting mixture. Make a small indentation in the center and place a few pieces of cod liver in it.

Step 5

Sprinkle grated yolk on top.
