Ingredients
- Cod Liver - 7.1 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ piece
- Sweet Pepper - ½ piece
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Sourdough Bread - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly spread the bread with butter (don't overdo it — this is for aroma and softness) and place it under the broiler for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crumble half of the red onion, the red bell pepper, and the parsley. Remove the cod liver from the oil it is in and mash it with a fork into small pieces (but not into a paste).
Step 3
Take the bread out of the oven, sprinkle it with the crumbled onion and bell pepper, and top it with the cod liver.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley.
