Description
For a vegan version of the latte, substitute cow's milk with any plant-based milk, such as the most neutral-tasting almond milk.
Ingredients
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- 3.2% Milk - 7 fl oz
- Halva - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 1 teaspoon

Brew the coffee.
Step 2
In a blender, blend 150 ml of milk and halva until smooth. Pour into a saucepan, add honey, and heat almost to boiling, whisking the milk continuously. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Froth the remaining milk using a milk frother or French press.
Step 4
Assemble the latte: in a deep glass, pour in the coffee first, then the milk, and carefully top with the froth. Serve immediately, garnished with a small amount of finely crumbled halva on top.
