Coffee 'Like Raf' (Raf Coffee)

Espresso - 1 fl oz
Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
10% cream - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, prepare a serving of espresso. This can be done using a coffee machine or the traditional way with a cezve (make sure it is stronger than usual coffee).

Step 2

Next, heat the cream well. This can be done in the microwave (at 800 watts for 1.5-2 minutes). This is necessary if you like your coffee hot.

Step 3

Mix the cream with the coffee and add ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar (or vanilla + sugar). When using vanilla extract, be careful not to use too much, or the drink will taste bitter. The vanilla flavor should be pronounced but not overpowering.

Step 4

Then, vigorously whisk the coffee+sugar+cream mixture using a whisk or a cocktail blender, or a milk frother. Ta-da!!! It's that simple: Raf coffee is ready :)
