- Demi-sec champagne - 0 fl oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the vanilla in a small amount of water. Dip a spoon into the mixture and immediately use it to scoop the coffee.
Step 2
Pour water into a cezve, add the spoonful of coffee, and brew over medium heat until a small foam forms.
Step 3
As soon as the foam appears, add the spoonful of champagne and brew until a thick foam forms.
Step 4
Serve in a small cup.
