- Water - 16 fl oz
- Sugar - 16 fl oz
- Vanilla Pod - ½ piece
- Vodka - 12 fl oz
- Instant coffee - 4 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar, bring to a boil while stirring.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add instant coffee. Stir well.
Step 3
Finely chop the vanilla pod and mix it with vodka. Add the mixture to the coffee syrup and stir.
Step 4
Leave in a cool place for 3 weeks, shaking occasionally.
Step 5
Strain.
