Ingredients

  • Vodka - 17 fl oz
  • Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
  • Water - 0 fl oz
  • Instant coffee - 4 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 14.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take a small saucepan, pour in half a glass of boiled water, and add a glass of sugar. Place it on the heat and bring to a boil, then add the vanillin to the syrup. Note that you shouldn't delay these processes too much to prevent excessive evaporation of water. Also, remember to stir the mixture constantly.

Step 2

After that, add the vodka to the saucepan, warm the contents a little more, and then add the coffee. Note that the coffee should only be added after the vodka; otherwise, the drink won't turn out right.

Step 3

Warm the drink a little more, then remove it from the heat. Let it cool completely.

Step 4

Once it has completely cooled, pour it into the desired container and place it in a dark, cool place (the refrigerator, for example) for a few hours. Even better, let it sit overnight to infuse well.
