Ingredients
- Ground Coffee - 6 teaspoons
- Brown Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Mild Chili Spice - a pinch
- Grated Ginger Root - ¼ teaspoon
- Lemon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a cezve, add sugar, ginger, and ground coffee, lightly heat and stir while pouring in hot water.
Step 2
Stir to prevent the foam from collapsing. Bring to a boiling point, but do not boil. Set aside to steep.
Step 3
Cut beautiful twisted strips from the lemon peel. Pour the coffee into warmed cups, leaving the grounds at the bottom of the cezve, and garnish with lemon zest.
